Our Story
Purdy Lil’ Acres was started back in 2018 after our family lost a man that meant the world to us all.
Our farm is named in honor of my grandfather, Papa. He was stationed on the USS Purdy DD 734 from 1948-1952. Papa sure loved his baked goodies so everything that we offer here is either one of his favorites that we have made throughout the years or has a connection to him in some way. Papa left an imprint on all of those that crossed his path. He was the type of person that could walk into a room full of strangers but by the time he left everyone would be new best friends. In his 89 Years here on earth he managed to make one heck of a story. To have been apart of 40 of those years I am truly grateful. I vowed to keep his memory & story alive. The stand is my way of doing just that. By sharing his favorite goodies & talking about him with you all helps to mend my very broken heart.

By using old family recipes passed down from generation to generation we also infuse wholesome family love into everything that we do.
You will find that many items have our family members name’s on the labels. That's because they were their favorites and some are even their own recipes.
